As we enter 2025, the team at True Ground is moving faster than ever to meet the growing needs of more than 5,000 neighbors who call our communities home. With your support, our dedicated 21-person resident services team continues to provide critical services to keep residents housed and create pathways for brighter futures. We have found that meeting residents where they are enables us to provide the care and comfort needed when challenges come.
Each week, with your help, we provide much more than a safe, affordable place to call home. We ensure residents have access to nutritious food, medical care, enrichment programming for youth, financial wellness and workforce programs for adults, and so much more. As a housing and service provider, True Ground will continue to work alongside our trusted partners to meet the needs of residents across our portfolio today and in the days to come.
