Resident Services builds on residents’ strengths to support stability, well‑being, and opportunity, recognizing that a comfortable home is a firm foundation. Through trusted relationships, programming, and partnerships, we walk alongside residents as they pursue their goals and shape strong, connected communities.
True Ground’s support extends beyond a physical home. Our ongoing assistance and care for its residents includes emotional, educational, and community-based initiatives to foster growth and well-being.

Stories of Impact
Ms. Wise’s mother taught her that life’s unexpected changes should be viewed as an opportunity. While moving to Ilda’s Overlook was accidental, she says this opportunity opened the door for the excellent quality of life that she is enjoying.
