Our Purpose

The Resident Council enhances our community by advocating for all residents’ and properties’ needs and concerns in partnership with True Ground and S.L. Nusbaum, our property management partner. Council members foster relationships, facilitate open communication, and promptly highlight emerging issues or potential concerns. As ambassadors, they are crucial in helping True Ground uphold its commitment to maintaining safe, high-quality, and affordable living environments for all residents.
