WHAT WE DO

Resident Services

Because a stable home is just the first step to a productive and healthy life, True Ground’s Resident Services program organizes various activities and provides individual assistance to residents to help them eliminate barriers to obtaining self-sufficiency.

35 for 35: STEM Camp

Last year, local high-school students piloted a STEM camp for APAH residents as part of a community service project. In 2024, the group, named Project Paths, taught a 3-week camp focusing on STEM, chemistry, robotics, and coding. Workshops included how to create a video game with coding, how to build a robot (and then taking it home), engineering activities to illustrate hydraulics and pneumatics, and more.
